Here’s a few of the upcoming auditions in Southern New Hampshire:

PRO AUDITIONS The New Hampshire Professional Theatre Association Auditions and Interviews are Sat., Feb. 21 at Plymouth State University’s Silver Center for the Arts. See www.nhprotheatre.org for details.
THREE MUSKATEERS and A Mid-Summer Night’s Dream auditions for Best Foot Forward Productions Mon., Feb. 23, 6-8:45 p.m., at the Kelly Library, Salem; and Thurs., Feb. 26, 6-8:45 p.m. at Central High School, Beech Street, Manchester. ANDY’S SUMMER PLAYHOUSE auditions for youth ages 8-18 Sat., March 14 at Club Cannon in Peterborough, and Sat., March 21 at the Amato Theater. Planned 2009 scripts include an adaptation of Don Quixote; an exploration of the events surrounding Orson Wells’ 1938 broadcasting of War of the Worlds; and a new musical rendition of Phantom of the Opera. PLAYERS’ RING annual producers’ meeting for those interested in presenting at the Ring, Mon., Feb. 23, at 7 p.m. at 105 Marcy St., Portsmouth. Those seeking to produce during the 2009-2010 season get two minutes to make a pitch for his/her show, first-come, first-served. Bring three copies of the script.
